Q: What can I use rainwater for?
A: click here for a full answer

Q: How much does it cost?
A: You can start by purchasing a simple water butt which can be as little as €50 or you can go up to between €4000 and €6000 for a complete domestic system with electric control

Q: Will I save money?
A: Honestly at the moment probably not a lot. There are lots of unscrupulous people out there trying to persuade you that there are significant savings to be had but until water charges are in place and proper metering fitted the costs will probably outweigh the financial benefits

Q: Why should I consider fitting water saving devices?
A: The main reasons are;

  • environmental benefits
  • reducing consumption and therefore cost
  • removing unnecessary demand for treated water allowing for better treatment of drinking water
  • There are a lot of arguments for and against but really it comes down to your own personal commitment to the future and preserving valuable resources. If you are reading this then you have probably considered these factors already but look at the guide for more info on this.

    Q: Do you offer free assessments?

If after this you feel a site visit is justified we will be happy to inspect your site or property for a small fee which is refundable if we do the recommended work
